# Marketplace fee rules (ConsignR, September 2026)

These are US seller fees verified monthly by ConsignR. Each marketplace section links its keyword-rich interactive calculator URL.

## eBay

13.6% final value fee plus $0.40 per order for most categories. Athletic shoes with an order total of $150 and up: 8%, no order fee.

Conditions:

- Handbags and most jewelry charge one rate on the whole sale price; watches and trading cards use marginal tiers.
- International sales, seller-performance surcharges, promoted listings and optional payouts can add fees.

Conditions:

- Levels 2 through 5 require quarterly sale-count or dollar-volume thresholds and reduce the transaction rate to 8.5%, 8%, 7.5% or 7%.
- Flex uses the same transaction and processing rates but has no per-sale shipping charge.
- StockX Balance, PayPal and Venmo withdrawals have no StockX fee; bank and debit withdrawals can add a fee.

9.5% commission for sellers rated 90 and up (up to 25%), $5 seller fee on prepaid shipping and consignment, 2.9% cash-out.

Conditions:

- Commission rises to 15% at ratings 70 to 89, 20% at 50 to 69 and 25% below 50.
- The $0 Alias drop-off applies to confirmed orders dropped off for verification; consignment drop-offs use the $5 seller fee.
- Cash-out requires account earnings above $25 on GOAT or above $10 on Alias.

Conditions:

- Standard online rates are 2.9%, 2.7%, 2.5% and 2.25% on Basic, Grow, Advanced and Plus, plus $0.30.
- International cards add 1 percentage point to the standard online rate.
- Third-party transaction rates are 2%, 1%, 0.6% and 0.2% by plan.
- Plan subscriptions are separate from per-sale fees.

Conditions:

- Fashion commission steps down through 7%, 6.5%, 5.5%, 5% and 4.5%; other groups have their own tier rates.
- Private shows, local pickup and cancelled orders do not count toward qualifying volume.
- Premier Shops receive 10% off commission through October 31, 2026; the discount ends November 1, 2026.

- Amazon holiday peak FBA rates apply from October 15, 2026 through January 14, 2027.
- The Professional plan has a $39.99 monthly subscription instead of the per-item plan fee.
